Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The scan, visual check and quote cost nothing, and there's no charge if you decide not to go ahead. Pickup and delivery inside Dubai are free as well.
How long does an engine repair take?
A diagnostic and small repair is often same-day. Timing chains and head gaskets usually take two to four days, and a full overhaul depends on machining and parts availability — you get a realistic date with the quote, not an optimistic one.
Do you use genuine parts?
Genuine where the brand requires it, OEM-grade from the original manufacturer elsewhere. You'll see exactly what's being fitted on the quote, and you can choose to upgrade or downgrade before we order.
Will this affect my car's warranty?
Servicing at an independent specialist doesn't void a manufacturer warranty in the UAE as long as the correct parts and procedures are used. We keep the paperwork and stamp your service record.
Can you collect the car if it won't start?
Yes — we'll send recovery for non-runners. Just mention it when you book so we send the right vehicle.
What warranty do I get on the repair?
Every engine job carries a written warranty on parts and labour. The exact period depends on the work, and it's printed on your invoice before you pay.
