About This Project
A customer travelling on Sheikh Zayed Road called our 24-hour roadside line after picking up a puncture on the hard shoulder. We dispatched a technician with a fully equipped recovery vehicle, and reached the location within twenty minutes of the call.
The damaged tyre was removed and replaced on-site, with all four tyres checked for pressure and wear before the car was cleared to continue its journey. The whole call-out, from dispatch to departure, took under 40 minutes.
